Beginner training plan
Your first trainingThe first session is focused on getting to know the player and understanding their current level.
I observe basic movement, coordination, and ball interaction to identify strengths and areas for improvement, while creating a comfortable and supportive training environment.
Training 2-3Sessions focus on reinforcing fundamentals such as first touch, passing technique, and basic ball mastery.
Drills become slightly more challenging, helping the player gain confidence and consistency with the ball.
Training 4-10Training becomes more progressive and structured.
We work on improving technical execution under light pressure, ball control while moving, and applying skills in simple game-like situations to build a strong technical foundation.
Training 11+From session 11 onward, training is tailored to the player’s specific needs and goals.
Sessions focus on refining technical skills, increasing consistency under pressure, and applying technique in more dynamic, game-like situations to support long-term development.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with kids, I adapt sessions to be game-based and engaging.
Lessons focus on learning through play, keeping activities fun and dynamic so children enjoy being active while naturally developing their technical skills.
What you need to bringStudents should bring comfortable sports clothing, soccer shoes or trainers suitable for the surface, shin guards if needed, water, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and enjoy the process.
