Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start with the importance of a good warm up and then we do some basic dribbling and get comfortable with the ball at our feet.
Lesson 11+We will get into offense techniques like moves and defensive techniques like shielding.
Lesson 4-10We will get into shooting and set plays like corners and penalty kicks. We will also work on some more dribbling techniques.
Lesson 2-3More dribbling and we will learn how to pass. We will also condition a little to build up some endurance.
Youth players
Working with kidsWe start with the basics and learn while having fun! We start by working hard and then almost always end with a fun game or drill.
Working with teenagersIf they need the basics we will start there and if not then I meet them where they’re at. If they are looking for specific targeted training we will make a plan for that.
What you need to bringCleats, shinguards, and a ball.
