About your soccer coach
Hi, my name is Trevor. I’ve played soccer all my life including DA, MLS NEXT and in college currently. I’ve worked with coaches that work for LAFC, LA Galaxy, and Philadelphia Union just to name a few. I love working with kids and I’m currently getting my undergrad in kinesiology and teaching. Whatever needs fixing I can help with as I have seen it all.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson is to see the skill level. Start off with passing, dribbling around coach, testing the long ball and the overall passing ability so I can help fix it
Lesson 11+Will be able to learn soccer IQ, and most importantly, be comfortable and confident on the pitch. I believe that is the key to becoming better is to be comfortable in your own body
Lesson 4-10Should be able to have the finer nuisances of the game and when each new skill should be implemented in game itself
Lesson 2-3Will have a good foundation on the proper mechanics of passing and dribbling. Drills to do outside of lessons
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAs an advanced player, we would be able to move away from the basic passing and dribbling to the more finer arts including moves and soccer IQ. Really depends on what area of teaching you need improvement in
