Harrison Bridges
This coach progressed my soccer tremendously when I was 8-9 years old providing me with knowledge, passion and understanding of the game. This coach brought my whole team to first in league when my dad was the head coach who couldn’t provide us with the appropriate drills, knowledge, and understanding of the game. We lost our first three games and Coach Moore came in after the three games to turn all our games around to becoming first in league. All our parents ended up paying for our entrance into a tournament where we went on to place 3rd in. We ended up writing all our names on a soccer ball for him to show our appreciation. So I speak for 22 other kids who were on our team!
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWill always start with dynamic/static stretching, then lead to footwork drills and finish with ball handling like how to trap, one touch and kick with the inside of the foot.
Lesson 11+Lastly, we will veer into more advanced basic drills and complete training with their non-dominant foot. Utilizing this can allow the player to be versatile on the field. Traps, footwork, and more will be worked on with this foot.
Lesson 4-10Dribbling, juggling, and next level tricks and plays that the player can utilize on the field to better their soccer. Drills for footwork is leveled up and will practice actual play like scenarios.
Lesson 2-3We will lead into footwork drills with the ball and importance of the role/position the beginner wants to play. How to optimize their position on the field and utilize their dominant foot with appropriate drills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssess the players knowledge of the game with a 1v1 and gather what the player needs to work on.
Lesson 11+Finishing up the remainder of weaknesses from footwork, dribbling, ball control, and placement of kicks.
Lesson 4-10Understanding the importance of Formations and chemistry of fellow players is taught here.
Lesson 2-3Lessons are created based upon the first assessment of the player. Position, weaknesses, and what the player wants to gain knowledge from. I can work on all positions.
Youth players
Working with kidsMy lessons are all about gaining passion for the game with beginner lessons added to teach how to kick appropriately, learning to one touch and trap.
Working with teenagersTeenagers are given appropriate lessons depending on skill level. Beginners, or advanced learners will be assessed on weaknesses and strengths to be focused on for their lessons.
What you need to bringSoccer cleats/shin pads and a Ball, goalie gloves if wanting to play and be tutored in that position
