Youth players
Working with teenagersI adapt my lessons for teenagers by combining structured skill-building with engaging, game-like scenarios that keep them motivated and challenged. I also focus on clear, relatable explanations and positive reinforcement to build confidence while teaching responsibility and soccer IQ.

What you need to bringEquipments students should bring are a size 5 soccer ball , cleats/turf shoes , proper hydration , athletic clothing , positive attitude , and focus. The following is strongly recommended for those who are serious about growth and development as a professional athlete. For those athletes that plan to play at the next level you should consider bringing a notebook or notes app, recovery items such as foam roller or stretch bands, and a extra clothing item for weather protection and intensity.

What I can bringWhat I will provide as a coach during our sessions are training soccer balls, cones/ markers, a detailed and player specific written or digital training plan for the session, other basic training equipment, and clarity to uplift and build confidence for all students at any level.
