It is my pleasure to recommend Coach Siya Johal, as Softball/Training Coach. We had the privilege to meet her in the Fall of 2023. We hired her to give our oldest daughter Victoria batting lessons to improve her hitting skill. Later in Summer of 2024 Coach Siya worked with our younger daughter Marsela to introduce the basics of Softball which included throwing, catching, and hitting a softball. Coach Siya was very transparent and knowledgeable of the Softball sport.
She would incorporate strength training using bands in her softball lessons to increase agility and power. My favorite coaching technique she used was her bubbly and positive attitude.

My name is Madison Masa, and I have been working with Coach Siya for 9 weeks. I have already seen much improvement, and recovery. Before I started working with her, I had dealt with lower back pain which made it hard to do most movements. Thanks to Coach Siya, she was patient with me and helped me build strength and recover. She was there throughout my whole process, helping teach correct technique, and gradually adding more weight. She always pushed me to go farther than I thought I could go. Now I'm lifting even more weight than I even thought I could. Coach Siya was always positive, and I am so grateful to get to know her. We met Siya Johal in early June as part of the staff where my daughter does her strength training. Since day one she has been extremely knowledgeable and supportive with Maddie.
She has been the best coach and mentor, especially having D1 experience and being able to relate to all things softball. Our 9-year-old played his second season of baseball and made his first all-star team. My wife and I come from an athletic background, but baseball is new to our family. One evening our son asked for lessons on hitting and throwing. Thankfully I was recommended Coach Siya to provide such lessons. After being given her number, I reached out to schedule an appointment.
Coach Siya is professional, timely and organized. Furthermore my 9-year-old was nervous as this is his first time being trained 1-on-1. Coach Siya made him feel comfortable and moreover enjoyed his training sessions. We've been seeing Coach Siya now for over five weeks and the improvements my son has made are vast. My wife and I rotate going to these sessions as they are so much fun and each time one of us comes home more amazed from the growth over the previous session.
