Your first lessonWe always have to learn water safety and comfort before we can begin strokes. The pool we train at is not deep, and I am open to getting in the water.
Lesson 2-3The swimmer will be comfortable in the water, but may still need assistance.
Lesson 4-10The swimmer will finally be able to swim on their own.
Lesson 11+The swimmer can start learning techniques and the 4 strokes
