Lesson 11+Timed treading, review of lessons learned, and finessing swimming strokes to mastery level.
Lesson 4-10Lessons include competency in freestyle (Australian crawl), backstroke, breast stroke, inverted breastroke, side stroke, and butterfly.
Lesson 2-3Taught competency in blowing bubbles, holding breath, floating on front and back, flipping from front to back, doggie paddle, back paddle, and achieving life-saving guarantee of jumping in pool, surfacing, and exiting pool as in the case of accidental fall.

Lesson 11+Review of self save and swimming strokes as well as finessing strokes to mastery level.
Lesson 4-10Competency in free style (Australian crawl), back stroke, breast stroke, inverted breast stroke, side stroke, and treading.
