Your first lessonComfort and peace while teaching what’s best for each kid and seeing how far they can go head can go under only if kids ok if not i might hold them and play to show water is fun and safe going over safety also always first swim
Lesson 11+Harder and cater pace swims thinking more into anything truly technical unless you asked for me to teach that sooner ! teaching more of climbing on the wall to build up those arm muscles used in swimming
Lesson 4-10Head should b underwater by now even if it’s a few seconds and we’ll ask if a 5 sec one is ok and even if it’s looking forced if you hold it right your kid isn’t getting hurt and is coming back to hold onto me if needed (think big arms, back swim and back to the wall or step )
Lesson 2-3More swimming more activity based and still games based on the curriculum i made to fit them and a submersion or spotting in cheer will start with full body support from me (Safe swims thinking big ares back stroke back float and more and always going back to a wall or step ) second lesson i always base off first and crest each class to push and make them comfortable
