About your swimming instructor
I'm an 8-year senior swim instructor and swim team coach. I started swimming at 6-months old, and swam competitively. I teach children, adults, babies 5-months+, and seniors. I'm experienced working w/ students with disabilities, and am fluent in American Sign Language. I specialize in stroke technique, water safety, and overcoming fear of water. Lessons cover breath control, the 4 main strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly), treading water, diving, and exiting the water.

What you need to bringPlease bring a swimsuit, sandals, goggles, a towel, water, and sunscreen.
For those with long hair, please bring hair bands and possibly a swim cap. Don't forget clothes to change into afterwards!
