Youth players
Working with kidsI like to get an understanding of what other sports they have played and their overall athletic ability and hand-eye coordination and start from there. Its important to keep it fun with plenty of water breaks, especially in the summer.
Working with teenagersFirst I like to talk to them to find out where they would like their sports journey to take them and how hard they would like to be pushed. From there we will start to test their skills and see what their level is, get into some fun drills and get them playing competitively ASAP!
