I found the lesson with Aryn quite helpful, especially the way they explained how to better anticipate my opponent's shots, which made a noticeable difference in my response time. Still, I think I could use more practice with my serve accuracy, but overall, I left feeling somewhat more confident on the court. If you're looking to improve specific aspects of your game, changing up your approach to court positioning, then Aryn might be worth trying.
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is very mechanics based, and getting the correct stroke form correct. A lot of hand feeding to get a feel for the ball.
Lesson 11+Aim focused lessons with movement. Little to no hand feeding.
Lesson 4-10More feeding with a racquet as opposed to hand feeding, and more movement based drills. Serving will become more frequent.
Lesson 2-3At the beginning, we would start with hand feeding, then go to moving you around with the balls to get coordination. We are still focused on form, and serving will be incorporated.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson would consist of consistency and placement drills and really getting down the precision of your shots.

Lesson 11+
These lessons would be high intensity, pushing you mentally and physically.
Lesson 4-10The next lessons would be point play and high intensity drills focused on aim and consistency.
Lesson 2-3The next lessons would be about strategy and point construction, and really incorporating serves to get the feel of point play.
Youth players
Working with kidsWe focus on fundamentals and incorporate fun games to keep the kids engaged!
Working with teenagersDepending on the goal the teenager wants for tennis, we would do a lot of drills, serve practice, and point play!
