Beginner training plan
Your first lessonYou learn to take it easy, gain possession of the ball. You will rally in the first 15 minutes of the lesson. Serve will be introduced. You will learn up to 3 fundamentals of technique.
Lesson 11+Becoming a full fledged player.
Lesson 4-10We work collaboratively to plan all future training. Etiquette, strategy, rules of the game. How to find others to play.
Lesson 2-3We work to make sure you can hit backhands, forehands,volleys and serves

You can bring your own racquet, but if you are new, I like to consult with you on buying the right frame.
