Your first lessonWe will get to know where you are as a player and your goals. First we'll learn the basics of tennis, including understanding the rules, scoring, and essential equipment.
We'll also cover fundamental skills such as grip, stance, and basic strokes to get you started with confidence.
Lesson 11+We will now implement what we learned and starting playing points and create situational scenarios to practice.
Lesson 4-10Based on your goals and tennis projectionsā¦ we design a learning plan that will be fun and exciting, while learning new skills.
Lesson 2-3Next we'll build on your initial skills by refining your forehand and backhand strokes, and practicing consistent serves. We'll also introduce you to footwork and basic court positioning to enhance your learning experience.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe'll assess your current skill level, then revisit and perfect your foundational skills as needed. We will ensure your strokes, serves, and footwork are precise and consistent.
We'll conduct a thorough
assessment of your current play to tailor the lessons to your specific needs.
Lesson 11+We will stop situational drills to simulate live match play. Now that we are mastering our shotsā¦ we will discuss shot selections, percentages, angles, etc.
