Your first lessonIn my first lesson I like to evaluate my student/students capabilities so I’ll start off doing some forehand and backhand drills to start off then from there I’ll evaluate the volleys and overheads then we will end off with some serves
Lesson 2-3In the second and third lessons I would dive Deeper into technique and different drills depending on level if a high enough level we can rally and play some points then we would end off both lessons with serves
