Beginner training plan
Your first lessonExplain the basics of the forehand, timing and rhythm of the stroke. Correct grip and swing path. Complete
Professional forehand.
Lesson 11+Advanced shots, drop shot, lob, approach shot and volley combo.
Serve and volley progressions.
Topspin serve, slice serve. Flat serve.
Using the legs in the service motion.
Doubles strategy and and singles advanced strategy.
Lesson 4-10Learn the volley. Review forehand, backhand and serve. Will Introduce footwork techniques, tactics and strategy. Depth and directional control.
Lesson 2-3Complete professional backhand, timing, proper use of right and left hand during backhand. Introduce the serve.
