Beginner training plan
Your first lessonPrior to our first lesson we will have conversation about tennis knowledge and also the last time you play tennis 🎾. We work on the basic skills such as making eye contact with the tennis balls and also point of contact.
Lesson 11+At this stage we are learning how to construct tennis points and convert it into winning games.
Lesson 4-10Indeed it is also important to learn the serve for tennis matches so we learn to develop that skill too.
Lesson 2-3We start progressing the tennis stroke to develop the skills and then gradually add other tennis strokes to increase tennis IQ.
What you need to bringA comfortable pair of tennis shoes and proper tennis attire.
What I can bringI can provide a tennis racket until students able to purchase their rackets. The type of racket I can provide is Head Rackets.
