Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will first learn the proper racquet grip and easy drills on how to control the ball. We will also go in to how your body should be positioned in each stroke.
Lesson 11+Becoming proficient with basic strokes (forehand and backhand) while continue to work on serves and volleying. Learning more about the rules of the sport and scoring. Practicing rallying from the baseline.
Lesson 4-10Half court rallying and drills where I feed from farther back along with introducing volleying and serves.
Lesson 2-3Easy hitting drills to continue to get the feel for the ball and how you should be moving.
What you need to bringBring a racquet if you have one but I do have a spare!
