Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst, we’ll learn the basics of tennis, including understanding the rules, scoring and essential equipment. We will also go over fundamental skills such as grip, stance and basic strokes to get you started with confidence.
Lesson 11+Finally, we will apply your in real-game scenarios with guided practice sessions, focusing on point construction and match play. I will introduce you to advanced techniques like topspin, slice and approach shots, preparing you for more competitive play.
Lesson 4-10Now, we’ll focus on improving shot accuracy and control, practicing with both groundstrokes and volleys. We’ll then work on rallying and begin to introduce to simple game strategies.
Lesson 2-3Next, we will build on the initial skills by refining your forehand and backhand strokes and practicing consistent serves. We’ll also introduce footwork and basic court positioning to enhance game play.
