Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBasic mechanics - how to hold the racquet for different shots, foot positioning, and high-level swing tips. Drop-hit or light feeds
Lesson 11+Regular rallying, ability to hit > 50% serves in, more complex drills, full point play
Lesson 4-10Start practicing serves, more groundstroke/volley repetitions with increased drill complexity (varying shots and position). Feeding balls and potentially start rallying
