Lesson 2-3Warmup basic stroke foundation. Emphasis on two weakest strokes from first week, one each lesson.
Lesson 4-10Begin to build up to faster fed balls and begin to work on footwork foundation on each stroke with movement.
Lesson 11+Overall practice of gameplay utilizing consistency of previous lessons on basics and fine tuned improvement.
