Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBeginner lesson includes the basic forehand (3 core steps). A training program to improve when not with the coach.
Lesson 2-3Beginner player now progresses to learning the backhand technique. Player learns how to switch grips correctly from the ready position. Players beginners the basic footwork to approach the short ball.
Lesson 4-10Player begins to incorporate technique where they hit 1-1 with the coach to apply skills and move to rallying with control with other players.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonPlayers starts lesson hitting with coach short court and deep court. Players play an 11 point game where I can look at strategy and weaknesses to improve the players development. We then build a lesson plan to improve those weaker areas
