Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst we'll learn the fundamental skills of tennis such as grip, stance, and basic shots (forehand, backhand, volley, etc) to get you started with confidence.
Lesson 2-3We will spend more time and get more repetitions on the shots. Getting comfortable with the swing is crucial to becoming more confident.
Lesson 4-10Next, we'll build on your initial skills by refining your forehand and backhand strokes. We'll also go through footwork and basic court positioning to improve your game play.
Lesson 11+We'll focus on improving your shot control and consistency. Also, we will start practicing live ball action and simple points game.
What you need to bring- Tennis / Athletic Shoes
- Gym / Athletic Clothes
What I can bring- Tennis Balls (Including: Green Dot and Orange Ball)
- Tennis Rackets (Including: Kids and Regular)
