Hi! My name is Ivanka and I have been playing tennis for 10 years. I still currently playing USTA Tournaments and have won many level 6 and 5 tournaments. My UTR is a 8.5 and I also have been playing on the ITF circuit, and represented the country of Sri Lanka in the national Billie Jean King Cup of 2024.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOn the first lesson I will establish the players skills. What strokes they do or do not know, and start introducing new techniques.
Lesson 2-3On these next lessons we will review the technical strokes that we learned in the first lesson and then apply that to rallies and hitting at a faster pace.
Lesson 4-10We will then introduce targeting practice, along with targets during rallies. Focusing on serving and point play. And working towards achieving your personal goals!
Lesson 11+There’s always room for improvement! So from here we will just continue to refine your skills and dive into sets, games, etc. To keep you at your best!
Youth players
Working with kidsI give the kids fun drills which incorporate Fittness and tennis like sharks and minnows, canoe, king of the court and more!
Working with teenagersI give teens engaging drills like king of the court, offensive and defensive games with prizes to bring competitiveness and excitement while still improving!
What you need to bringIf you have a racquet you like definitely bring it! It would be great to be prepared for unusual weather with a hat, tennis shoes and plenty of water!
