Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start with a hand-eye drill, for example, bouncing a tennis ball with the racquet and working up to self rallying (hitting ball up, let ball bounce and hit up again)
Lesson 11+Including drills (cross-court, short balls, middle balls, high balls). Work on the different types of spins (top spin and under spin). Including shot placements
Lesson 4-10Work on footwork and movement around the court. And showing serve technique
Lesson 2-3Showing technique (forehand and backhand) swings. Start with hand-dropping balls, then tossing the ball, then feeding across the net, and working until a rally across the net
Youth players
