Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart with a basic understanding of the forehand and establish a goal you would like to reach within the first month or so
Lesson 11+Have a good understanding of the stroke or strokes and be able to rally with players at a similar level
Lesson 4-10Work on making the shot more advanced through various situational based drills designed to test your understanding of the shot in pressure situations.
Lesson 2-3Recap on the previous lessons. Evaluate current level of performance. Build or reinforce on previous lesson
