Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWith beginners, I focus on proper grip for each stroke and on swing production.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ will focus will be on rallying, keeping score and the ability to play games, including scoring. Singles and doubles strategy will also be introduced.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4 Through 10 will continue with building on the previously learned skills with an emphasis on rallying the ball back and forth with me. Serving will also be introduced.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2 and 3 will continue to focus on the grip and swing production, as well as begin to work on footwork.
