How it works
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonHow to properly hold a racquet, how to move around the court, hit simple shots with good fundamentals, teach the rules of the game.
Lesson 11+Figure out what you are good at and what needs improvement. Start plugging the holes and teaching more competitive tips rather than basics. We should be able to hit around 80% speed at our 10th lesson.
Lesson 4-10After establishing a good fundamental base, we will learn how to put power and accuracy into your shots. We will go over real game scenarios and how you need to react to them. We would also start playing games against each other to gain match experience.
Lesson 2-3Forehand and backhand practice, volleys, and introduction to the serve.
