How it works
Lesson 11+Same as 4 to 10 and advancing on techniques where player is exceling the most and being very repetitive on rest of strokes. Once we get to a decent consistency, we begin to rally practicing what he/she has been learning on technique, feet movement, displacement and introducing angles when ready.
Lesson 4-10Same as 3rd lesson in all strokes, corrrection and practice of each one, lots of repetition, specifically looking where he/she is most deficient.
Lesson 2-3Stroke production knowledge. Begin technical stroke production by single stroke analysis.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonTechnique knowledge, all stroke production assesment, spins, rallies on all strokes and serving knowledge
Lesson 11+Repetition to achieve consistency, looking for most power on all steokes, etc .
Lesson 4-10More of the 3rd and repetive all angles of court, checking consistency on all possible shots, i.e cross courts, down the line, drop shots using all spins possible according to knowledge.
Lesson 2-3Correcting techniques, rally balls, different spins, looking for consistency on production, looking for players style

Coach Nestor Briceno is widely recognized in the Tennis industry as one of the leading tennis developmental coaches in the United States. Coach Briceno has played tennis his entire life and has coached the game for over 40 years. He has coached at every level from beginner juniors and adults to ATP and ITF professional players. His own son (Nestor) was the former number 1 junior player in the United States for 6 years in a row in all USTA age divisions. Coach Briceno is also a leading Tennis Management authority in the country, having worked for the largest Tennis servicing company in the USA, Life Time Fitness, Inc. where he won the prestigious Annual Artistry award in 2019 given to the top Manager/Coach performer out of 40,000 employees in the company.
