Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor the first lesson, I try to get an understanding of what level my student is at, including their strengths and weaknesses. Rally drills, feeding drills, and serve analysis are most common for my first lesson plan.
Lesson 11+Focusing on point play and developing rallies with power and direction. Tournament strategies and mental preparation will be prioritized and adjusted based on the student's needs.
Lesson 4-10More mechanics building plus strategic play will be covered as well. Consistency and power will begin to develop.
Lesson 2-3Continuing to build on weaknesses and form mechanics. More emphasis on positioning and footwork as well.
What you need to bringRacquets are strongly recommended, hydration such as water and electrolytes.
What I can bringI provide balls, racquets, and of course the court reservation 🙌🏻
