Your first lessonIntroduction to tennis fundamentals, including proper grip, basic footwork, and forehand/backhand groundstrokes. Focus on developing hand-eye coordination, footwork and getting comfortable with rallying.
Lesson 2-3Build consistency with groundstrokes, introduce the serve, and practice simple rally drills. Emphasize movement, balance, and correct technique to develop a solid foundation.
Lesson 4-10Expand skills with volleys, overheads, and improved serve mechanics. Introduce match-play scenarios, footwork drills, and shot placement strategies to improve control and confidence on the court.
Lesson 11+Tailor drills to individual strengths, improve endurance, and refine tactical awareness for continued growth.
