Amazing coach I love how he is very technical, reviews very small details takes the time to listen to you and your thoughts! I definitely recommend him!
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLet’s have them hit a forehand and a backhand just to see where they are currently at, I will focus on swinging pattern
Not grip yet!
Lesson 11+Start showing them split stepping and moving there feet more instead of standing still waiting for the ball
Lesson 4-10Have them move a bit, instead of drop feeding have them WALK to the ball not run yet, have them walk and focus on there technique.
Lesson 2-3I will have them switch up grips, this is important as we advance they will need to start getting comfortable with the change of grip
What you need to bringTennis bag, racket, and Hydration!
What I can bringTennis balls all sorts of colors needed! Cones, ladder, medicine ball, resistance bands!
