About your tennis coach
With over 28 years immersed in the world of tennis and 18 of them involve coaching, I emerged from top 10 European junior, top 20 Swiss professional tennis player earned 4 All American College player titles, now family father of an 8yr old son, I have worked with ATP and WTA top 300 players and bring wealth of knowledge to the sport. I tailor my approach to each individual, fostering growth and confidence on and off the court.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBasics of Form, Grip and term/lingo as well as rules.
Depending on age and level of athleticism, basics of point play.
Lesson 11+Consistency and match-play
Lesson 4-10Muscle memory and proper use of right form under higher intensity, Grip and under pressure and rally.
Rally baseline under different pace, top spin, aim and the transition of aggressive initiating of net attack incl. finishing point.
Lesson 2-3Enhancing muscle memory of proper basics of Form, Grip and term/lingo as well as rules.
Depending on age and level of athleticism, basics of point play.
What you need to bringAthletic clothing, shoes with good side stability, preferably non-marking tennis shoes.
What I can bringIn case you need a racquet, let me know ahead of the lesson so I can provide a good fit depending on age, and level.
