With over 15 years of dedicated experience on the tennis court, including competing in 7-8 prestigious competitions and earning a spot at OFSAA, tennis has been an integral part of my life journey. Throughout my years as a player, I've honed my skills, tackled challenges head-on, and developed a deep understanding of the game's nuances. Transitioning from player to coach, I've spent 2-3 years sharing my knowledge and expertise with aspiring tennis enthusiasts. Lesson 11+Assessment Test from Lessons 1-10.
Lesson 4-10Learn how to direct and redirect your shots. Learn how to hit a ball when the ball comes to you.
Lesson 2-3Go through the proper form of a forehand and backhand with several drills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssessment Test for the first 30 minutes. And for the remaining minutes, I will work on the instant issues spotted. Moving forwards: either improvement on core techniques, or match tactic developments.
Lesson 11+Assessment Test again and the cycle repeats.
Lesson 4-10If: Match Tactic Developments, then drills based on that. If: Core technique development, then drills based on that and rallying.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
