Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFinding their base level of fitness. A lot of skills in tennis derive in being as best shape as possible.
Lesson 11+Point/match play. Gearing up for tournament play.
Lesson 4-10Stating objectives and methods of reaching goals. Who they are now and what they will become.
Lesson 2-3Rally and point oriented. Making student set reasonable goals for themselves.
