Your first lessonAsk what they enjoy they most about volleyball and the position they like to play. Then coach based on the position the like to play and get better at.
Lesson 11+Refining their skill and making them the best they could be at whatever position they desire to be better at.
Lesson 4-10Building up their athleticism and skills.

What you need to bringJust bring shoes if you want to wear shoes on grass it can be any kind of shoes that are built for at least running.
