Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI like to start things off with a fun skills test to assess the foundational skills of my students and help carve a path to fun and excitement based on those.
Lesson 11+They can expect to become an intermediate and start to feel absolutely comfortable in their chosen volleyball environment and move to much more active open gyms and potential club training.
Lesson 4-10By this point, my beginner students can expect to put their developing skills and passions to the test through play with others, public play, or more exponential and intense drills to help lay the foundation for growth development in the sport.
Lesson 2-3By their second and third lessons, my beginner students can expect a multitude of potential paths and skills they would like to discover and expand on through drill and play.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI like to start every new student with a skills test to assess their skill set and immediately identify and key points of interest/improvement
Lesson 11+Advanced students will be able to understand and identify their own errors, how to adapt to those and mistakes of others around them and the level of play they are playing at, and feel confident in the position or specialization they’ve chosen to be an effective tool as a part of their volleyball kit. They should feel confident to play at open gyms and participate in local tournaments or club activities.
