Your first lessonExplaining the skill of passing as passing is the 1st with volleyball. The drill will be my simple passing series drill involving a lot of movement with feet and being conscious of our platform. Moving on to passing to target off a toss and then eventually off an easy pop serve.
What you need to bringProper volleyball attire (proper shoes, clothing, water etc)
