Beginner training plan
Your first classThe first session we have a quick chat to access where you are at. We come up with a plan for your goals and initiate training with simple and easy to accomplish tasks.
Class 2-3If the student is ready they can begin to explore more intermediate postures and other categories of yoga such as breathing and/or meditation
Class 4-10Lessons may end up serving best as maintenance of practice, as a yoga therapy, or if the student is ready advanced to more difficult postures such as headstands and arm balances.
Class 11+With my vast knowledge of yoga wisdom you can either choose to continue your study or try something else 🩷
