Lesson 4-10You'll start to find some life connections between how you are moving in yoga and how you are moving the other 23 hours of the day.
Lesson 2-3Gentle joint warmup, breath and movement, meditation.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe'll cover your intake paperwork (including health history, daily routines, lifestyle and goals). Then we will move into gentle joint warmups, breath and movement then meditation. There is an open dialog throughout for questions.
Lesson 2-3You'll start to understand your body in space a bit more as well as the mind body connection.
Youth players
Working with kidsLess talk, more movement.
Working with teenagersLess talk, more movement and adequate time for rest during finals, etc.
What you need to bringNo need to bring anything but if you have a yoga mat you love, bring it.
What I can bringJust wear comfortable clothes you can move in, everything else is provided.
