Your first classI have a conversation with you to find out about your goals, the intention you have for this sessions and based on that I will choose what set and meditation to do.
Class 2-3These lessons will build on what we have started with the first, setting the foundation for a steady and strong practice.
Class 4-10At this stage you notice tangible results in your body and most likely in your mind. We go deeper in the physical practice and meditation to keep polishing your mind and strengthening your body.
Class 11+At this stage you start noticing how having consistency and commitment in the practice can really change your view on life. The effects of the clases might start providing benefits in your personal and work life as well as in your most intimate relationships. When you decide to continue this practice with me for the next 40 consecutive days I will provide a Special Pack Discount for it.
Advanced training plan
Your first classI have a conversation with you to assess where you are starting from, your past experiences and current goals and intention you have for these sessions and based on that I design your classes.
Class 2-3Dive right into the practice emphasize the areas you want to work on, doing yoga and meditations sets catered to you.
Class 4-10Based on your feedback and integration of the previous classes I design, plan and execute the classes and meditation of these segment. Using your feedback to dive deeper in any given area we notice you would like to explore further.
Class 11+At this stage we might choose to focus on one particular set and meditation to do a 40 day practice (Discount pack will be provided for this choice

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
