Hello there! I'm thrilled to share a little bit about myself as a yoga instructor. My name is Shakti, and I'm passionate about guiding others on their journey towards physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the body-mind connection, I've honed my skills to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for all levels of practitioners. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, I'm here to meet you where you are and help you explore the transformative power of yoga. My teaching style is a harmonious blend of traditional yoga principles and modern techniques. I strive to create dynamic and engaging classes that focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance while fostering a sense of inner peace and mindfulness. In my sessions, you can expect a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, sound healing, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each student. I believe in the importance of proper alignment, breath awareness, and the healing benefits of each pose.
