Bob has been a dedicated golf instructor since 2005, teaching at the renowned PGA National Resort & Spa. His experience spans Golf Digest Schools (2005-2007), PGA National Golf Academy (2007-2008), and Leadbetter Golf Academy (2008-2018). Over his 13-year tenure, Bob has taught more than 13,000 hours, positively impacting thousands of golfers with his passion and upbeat approach. He’s driven to unlock each player’s growth potential, whether they’re recreational golfers, aspiring juniors, or accomplished elite players.

Dan was awarded the prestigious Metropolitan PGA Teacher and Coach of the Year Award in 2020. Dan has spent much of his career teaching golf in the Metropolitan NY area and has been competitive playing in Met PGA Section tournaments. Dan’s teaching style involves helping his students utilize and maximize their athletic ability. He coaches his students to improve their mental focus and concentration to help them realize their potential. He enjoys helping people of all ages, abilities and skill levels. He works on all aspects of the game-putting, chipping, bunker play, irons, driving, course management and sports psychology. Dan has always mentored his students on how to play their best golf in competition. Dan has always appreciated the warm hospitality and fun atmosphere the Palm Beach Par 3 golf course experience provides all golfers.


Don was the Head Golf Professional at the Garden City Country Club in New York for 30 years. Don is a past winner of the Long Island Open and has been recognized by his peers as a Golf Digest Top Teacher in New York State. Don excels in teaching golfers of all abilities, and especially enjoys teaching and coaching juniors. Don Beatty will make you look like a very good golfer that hits an occasional bad shot!

Originally from Fall River Massachusetts, Brad began his career in golf instruction in 2003. He spent five years working at the private clubs between Massachusetts and Florida and in 2008 made Florida his permanent residence. Brad has worked as an assistant professional at Palm Beach Country Club before coming to the Palm Beach Par 3 in 2012. He quickly became one of the most popular instructors at the Par 3, building a large client base in a short period. Brad works with all levels of golfers both young and old on all aspects of the game. He has been lucky enough to coach a number of world ranking junior for three years along with juniors who competed at the US Kids world championship and a division 1 collegiate player. He is extremely dedicated to his craft and shares his passion for golf with all his clients.
