I have a true passion when it comes to anything soccer related. While still currently in my playing career, I want to coach the next generation of players as well. Not only to help them improve their skills on the pitch, but to make them the best possible version of themselves.

Forged over 23 years in baseball, I apply evidence-based biomechanics to hitting, pitching and defense with a focus on individualized skill development and game strategy. I am dedicated, approachable, and passionate about helping players reach their full potential.

I’m a certified fitness coach, bodybuilding athlete, business owner, and mom who understands firsthand how challenging it can be to balance health, family, work, and everyday life.

I grew up playing premier club in Seattle, WA. After my career was cut short by an injury, I began my coaching career. I have been an evaluator and coach for AZ ODP since 2024. Im also certified in Barça methodology. I specialize in helping players ages 8-18 develop game understanding over memorized patterns because the best players can read the game before the opponent can create it. Through film review, live-feedback, and leaving with homework, you learn the “why” behind every decision on the pitch!
