I have been playing soccer for 31 years, coached for 14 years as well as being a director of coaching for 4 of those years. I currently hold a Coaching license class C. I believe in development of players at any skill level. Ultimate goal is to get the player where they want to be. I range from academy to college level players.

I bring thoughtful precision and warm energy to every mat. I have been teaching yoga, meditation, and sound healing for several years, blending functional alignment, mindful sequencing, and playful challenge to help students progress safely. I am committed to clear guidance and respectful support.

I have been coaching pickleball for the past five years. Before retiring spent many years as a trainer. I enjoy working with beginner and intermediate players. My whole coaching philosophy is geared towards the physics side of golf and bringing out the best of what the body can do naturally because everyone’s swing is different! I don’t overload, I focus on key factors every lesson and make it simple for the body to adjust and adapt and build a solid golf swing and knowledge in your game.

I have been a soccer player for 15 years at many competitive levels, I also have been a coach for the last 7 years. I have coached various skills clinics, and a UPSL club team. I am currently in college for my degree in Exercise Science which I hope to pursue into kinesiology. I have my CPR/First aid and concussion cert, I am licensed and cleared through the AYSO board to be a club coach. I also offer other services like game review, nutrition, and weigh lifting.
