Hi I’m Matthew! I’m a former competitive swimmer who competed throughout high school and college. My experiences as both an athlete and a coach have inspired me to help other’s build confidence, improve their technique, and enjoy swimming. I enjoy helping swimmers of all ages build confidence, improve technique, and reach their goals. Every lesson is tailored to the individuals ability creating a positive, safe and enjoyable learning environment. Let’s make swimming fun!

Hi, I am Kate Casetta! I am a former Junior Olympic swimmer who competed for many years before retiring in 2023. My passion for swimming and pushing myself to be the best inspires me to share that passion with others through teaching. I enjoy working with all ages and abilities, helping them build confidence in the water and refine their stroke. My lessons are refined to each swimmer’s individual goals. For swimmers seeking I also incorporate USA swimming inspired techniques and drills.

I blend precision, patience and a sense of play to help golfers build consistent, confident swings. With experience of teaching at the first tee of Phoenix , from ages 4+ I focus on short‑game strategy and swing mechanics, and provide structured and fun coaching that is also focused on measurable progress.

As a lifelong golf devotee, Brian McMahon is considered to be a most effective Golf Psychology coach with multiple game-improvement solutions, in addition to being a full swing and short game coach. Brian is a true lover of the game and has a tremendous appreciation for those who play it, competitively or just recreationally. Brian is a recent National Champion among senior golf teaching professionals, and just happens to be a really good golf performance (and enjoyment) coach with a mind/body/spirit approach.

I have been a soccer player for 15 years at many competitive levels, I also have been a coach for the last 7 years. I have coached various skills clinics, and a UPSL club team. I am currently in college for my degree in Exercise Science which I hope to pursue into kinesiology. I have my CPR/First aid and concussion cert, I am licensed and cleared through the AYSO board to be a club coach. I also offer other services like game review, nutrition, and weigh lifting.

I bring 20 years teaching basketball, pairing court wisdom with disciplined instruction. I combine technical skill development, tactical insight, and individualized training to enhance performance and confidence. I remain dedicated, professional, and approachable, making progress purposeful.

I have participated in baseball clinics and have experience working with and helping younger players develop their skills. I enjoy teaching the fundamentals of the game, sharing my experience, and helping young athletes build confidence and improve both on and off the field. My playing experience as a catcher and first baseman has also given me a strong understanding of communication, teamwork, discipline, and preparation. I'm excited to continue developing my coaching skills and help young players reach their potential.
