I’m a basketball trainer and current senior competing as a combo guard at the high school level. Through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland, I cofounded a mentorship and athletics partnership, ran a summer basketball camp, and co-led a weight room renovation. As I go through the college recruiting process myself, I bring firsthand insight into elite skill development and mental discipline. My training emphasizes fundamentals, accountability, and individualized coaching for athletes at all levels.

Fueled by a lifelong dedication to golf, I bring 30 years of experience to helping players elevate their game. I've coached children from the ages of 4-18. I coached a Nike Golf Camp for a number of years at Tilden Park Golf Course where I focused on younger golfers. I've been the head coach at a number of successful high schools throughout the area. I have also taught adults, family, and friends. I offer a unique perspective and my first and most important rule is that we're having fun. If we're not having fun we are in the wrong sport. But with patience and a lot of practice I can promise that your golf game will improve and after hitting a few solid shots you'll become addicted to the game. I'll tailor my lessons to each individual and take the time to ensure that progress is made. My passion lies in fostering a fun and supportive environment where golfers of all levels can thrive. "Sean is a very skilled coach with deep experience, and it was helpful spending a lesson with someone who has such a strong feel for the game. I’m very new to golf, and he gave me several useful drills and visual metaphors that made certain concepts click for me, especially his “paintbrush” cue for brushing the grass. I’ve been golfing for over 30 years and as I grew older I’ve learned to maximize what I have. I’m 5’6” and though I consider myself an athlete, I do believe a good swing can be achieved by good fundamentals and what I call positioning. By ingraining certain aspects of a swing, we can continue to improve by doing. I’m just a low-handicap golfer who want to teach average golfers good fundamentals as a takeaway, so you can start to improve on your own. I’m not a teaching professional, but I was a design instructor at an art school for over 17 years, I hope I can make improving your golf game fun.

Made the transition to highschool as an assistant head coach and currently head coach of a varsity highschool baseball program. I am an old school style coach I focus on mechanics and fundamentals. I love teaching children to adults and make our lessons fun! I taught my daughter the sport of volleyball at 4 years old. Now she’s loves playing. It’s such a fun sport and great exercise. I teach at the volleyball court in the Richmond District. I only teach beginners at this time. 🤾🏽‍♀️🏐🤾🏻
