My coaching philosophy is simple: every session should be as enjoyable as it is instructive, no matter your skill level. I take pride in introducing newcomers to the world of pickleball and relish in the opportunity to elevate the game for those looking to step up their play. I've had the pleasure of teaching with the fantastic team at Reaxn Pickleball, right at the Burbank Tennis Center, as well as various other Rec Centers. My goal is always the same – to make sure that fun and improvement go hand in hand for everyone. Tennis has been part of my life for 11 years, and coaching is the part I've enjoyed most. My job is to make progress feel obvious. Lessons stay structured and focused, and you'll walk off the court knowing exactly what improved and what we're working on next. Every lesson is built around the person in front of me. This exercise, along with the drills, helps me better understand the concepts that we learned today. If there is one improvement I have to state, it’s that the drop shot adjustments could be introduced better. Give them awareness that the balls can come at different height/different speeds first and then show them the techniques to handle such cases.

I believe every golfer—whether brand new or returning to the game—deserves coaching that meets them where they are.. My approach focuses on simplifying the game as much as possible so that each swing, routine, and decision becomes repeatable under real on-course conditions. Golf doesn't have to be complicated to be effective—I aim to give students tools they can rely on, even when pressure builds. Ultimately, my goal is to help players build strong fundamentals, develop confidence, and enjoy the process of improvement. I work with students from beginners, intermediate or advanced. I also work with kids who want to give golf a try. Lesson Format: Each session is customized based on the student’s experience, goals, and learning style, with a consistent format that ensures structure and growth: 1. Initial Assessment & Goal Setting (First Lesson.) -Discuss student goals (e.g., break 100, improve short game, gain distance.) -Evaluate current swing, posture, grip, and stance. -Provide initial feedback and outline a personalized lesson plan 2. Warm-Up & Fundamentals Review (Each Lesson) -5–10 minutes of dynamic stretching and swing warm-up. -Brief review of previous lesson’s key takeaways 3. Drills & Skill Development -Use targeted drills to build consistency and technique (e.g., alignment sticks, impact bags, foot spray, and tees for feedback) -Focus on one major skill per session (e.g., ball striking, putting, bunker play). -Adjust drills in real-time based on performance and progress 4. Video Analysis (When Applicable) -Use mobile video tools for visual feedback. -Compare student’s swing to previous footage or pro examples 5. On-Course Situational Coaching (Available for Intermediate/Advanced) -Teach course management, club selection, and mental game strategies. -Practice real scenarios like uphill lies, tight fairways, or green reading 6. Recap & Homework -Recap top 2–3 focus points from the session -Provide practice drills or training plan to reinforce lessons between sessions -Offer encouragement and realistic next steps I also provide on-course lessons. . $75 for lessons + $50 for any additional hour, and I also kindly request to cover my green fees. For on course lessons, we will go over tee box strategy, pre shot routines, troubled lies, green reading and course management.
