I’m a basketball trainer and current senior competing as a combo guard at the high school level. Through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland, I cofounded a mentorship and athletics partnership, ran a summer basketball camp, and co-led a weight room renovation. As I go through the college recruiting process myself, I bring firsthand insight into elite skill development and mental discipline. My training emphasizes fundamentals, accountability, and individualized coaching for athletes at all levels.

As a proud holder of a Master's in Performance and Production from Berklee and the winner of Apollo Amateur Night 2008, I firmly believe that music is the answer! I am a PGA Associate and certified golf instructor with credentials from GolfTEC, USGTF (Level 3), and the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Competed in Q-School and Monday qualifying events, able to provide insights and opportunities into tournament golf. I specialize in data-driven instruction using launch monitors, 3D motion measurement, and video analysis to help players understand and improve their swing.

I’m 5’6” and though I consider myself an athlete, I do believe a good swing can be achieved by good fundamentals and what I call positioning. I coached a Nike Golf Camp for a number of years at Tilden Park Golf Course where I focused on younger golfers. I've been the head coach at a number of successful high schools throughout the area. I have also taught adults, family, and friends. I offer a unique perspective and my first and most important rule is that we're having fun. If we're not having fun we are in the wrong sport. But with patience and a lot of practice I can promise that your golf game will improve and after hitting a few solid shots you'll become addicted to the game. I'll tailor my lessons to each individual and take the time to ensure that progress is made. My passion lies in fostering a fun and supportive environment where golfers of all levels can thrive. "Sean is a very skilled coach with deep experience, and it was helpful spending a lesson with someone who has such a strong feel for the game. I’m very new to golf, and he gave me several useful drills and visual metaphors that made certain concepts click for me, especially his “paintbrush” cue for brushing the grass. You can tell a lot of this teaching comes from years of playing and collecting ways to explain the swing which made the lesson interesting and gave me a lot to practice afterwards.
