As a certified yoga instructor based in the serene landscape of San Diego, I received my 200HR certification in 2022, embarking on a journey to guide individuals towards inner strength and self-discovery. Specializing in power vinyasa, restorative yin, and traditional Bikram classes, I strive to create an environment where students can tap into their potential and uncover hidden reservoirs of strength. Through the transformative power of yoga, my mission is to empower each student, helping them realize the depths of resilience and power they possess within.
"Adrianna is an amazing person. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does. As an instructor she is knowledgeable, patient, understands her students and is very pleasant. I highly recommend her.

As a former collegiate athlete, I bring a strong competitive mindset and over three years of coaching experience to every lesson. I’ve been playing pickleball for five years and now compete at a high, professional level. I was the pro of lifetime fitness in Boca Raton, FL, I help assist in La Mesita, and I worked at a country club as a professional coach for juniors. As President of the SDSU Pickleball Team, I plan, organize, and lead all club operations. My passion for pickleball is contagious, and I focus on making every session both effective and enjoyable. I’m excited to help you elevate your game and reach your full potential.

Music is my life. With 59 years of guitar experience, and a career as a recording artist, I can guide you to unlock your musical potential. My lessons are tailored to inspire and develop your unique skills.

Want to learn guitar from someone who’s been at it for 25 years and still loves every minute of it? I’ve been lucky enough to tour the world, play arenas, and write and perform music across a wide range of styles — from Van Halen to Taylor Swift. I also sing, write songs, and play bass, ukulele, piano, and both electric and acoustic guitar. One of my original songs even won “Best Rock Song” at the San Diego Music Awards — something I’m really proud of! But more than anything, I love helping others find their voice on the instrument. With 15 years of teaching experience, I make learning fun, approachable, and tailored to you. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to take things to the next level, I’ll help you gain confidence, develop your sound, and enjoy the process. Let’s make some music together — I’d love to help you get started! 🎸

I am a seasoned musician with experience in the studio and on tour. I have been in multiple bands that have been nominated in various competitions. You can hear one of my bands on Spotify under Thea The Band. I have a Bachelors in Music with an emphasis on Guitar Performance from San Francisco State University. The mentors I had there helped me to see music on a whole new level. I have been teaching for almost two decades. I started teaching at my local recreation center in The San Francisco Bay Area at the age of 16. The local newspaper ended up writing an article about my guitar program that I was teaching there and the impact it had on my students. I created and ran a ukulele summer camp program with one of the local private schools. I curtail my lessons to fit each one of my students. People learn differently and what might work for one person may not work for another. I am passionate about teaching and I deeply care about each one of my students. Part of my lessons is to help students analyze their goals for music, whether it's playing music around the campfire or becoming a professional musician. I keep my lessons fun, informative, and challenging. I have worked with all levels and ages, with children as young as five years old. I have been told from students who have had multiple teachers that I am one of the best for helping beginners jump over those initial hurdles.
"Phenomenal music teacher! I highly recommend Erik to anyone looking for music lessons. Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been playing for years, Erik is sure to help you step up your game!
Hi! I have been playing guitar for over 11 years and teaching music privately for three. I received my Bachelor’s of Music in Music Education from San Diego State University in 2022, emphasizing in Classical Guitar. I first started taking private lessons myself in elementary school, for piano and voice. Music has always been a part of my life and education, from taking choir to general music courses. I currently teach at two different lesson studios in San Diego, as well as in home private lessons. I have taught both one-on-one and group classes, and have taught students as young as 4 and others well into adulthood. I currently teach beginner and intermediate levels for guitar, piano, ukulele, and bass. I also have experience playing and teaching classical, pop, rock, and folk music. Every lesson is tailored to the individual student’s goals and learning style. However, I like to make sure each student learns all the fundamentals and receives a strong foundation that can be applied to any style or genre they want to learn. This can include rhythm exercises, scales, basic music theory, and more. For example, for guitar this could look like learning the notes on the fretboard or practicing switching between chords in time. I look forward to hearing from you and starting our first lesson! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
